Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International Buyers please note that Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your sunglasses, please return them in the same condition for a full and easy refund of your item purchase price within 30 days and for any reason. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and any original shipping, expedited shipping or Insurance fees cannot be refunded.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please be sure to include all the packaging items when sending us a return and to use a trackable service.
